Weather and the fish

This has seemed to be a topic of confusion with a lot of people recently. There seems to be a group that thinks the weather has no effect on the fish and the group that does. Well let me ask you all a question. Do you like to go out on a nice summer day and have a picnic? Or would you rather prefer the picnic in a blizzard? When fish experience extreme weather they also tend to shut down and just go into survival mode. This is the reason that the people who fish all the time look at the weather. They already know what conditions benefit the types of fish they are after. So the fish are definitely in tune with the weather. So now that we have separated the fact from fiction.
